Get Expedient Passport Renewal After a Legal Name Change
Due to COVID-19 requirements, fees and processing time may be subject to change without any notice. Please give our office a call for up-to-date requirements, fees, and processing times.
Anytime your legal name has officially been changed, you will need to update your passport to reflect this, as the name on your passport must match your travel documents. This process is precisely the same as renewing your passport, with the additional condition that you must provide proof that a name change occurred.
